Qualifications:

• university degree, commercial background
• significant experience in commerce and finance, preferably in a multinational company
• advanced knowledge of contractual laws
• active knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an asset
• PC literacy, proficiency in Excel, while knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
• excellent negotiation, managerial and leadership skills
• analytical, self-initiative and detail-oriented person, able to take responsibility and operate within a team

Job description:

• managing a team of employees, creating and developing experts, as well as optimizing business processes
• performing planning and controlling of financial indicators and price analysis
• creating annual business plan
• negotiating with key clients and follow-up of sales activities
• creating and supervising contracts and projects, as well as their financial realization and expenses controlling, in cooperation with the Sales Commercialist
• organizing and conducting export and import activities, including the necessary logistics
